tu999's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Enjoy entertainment within limits — tu999 is committed to ensuring a healthy and safe gaming experience for you.
Why Keeping Gaming Safe Matters
Online gaming and betting is a form of entertainment — not a way to earn a living. tu999 believes that every player's experience is truly enjoyable only when it is conducted mindfully and within limits. That is why we have created a secure environment for players in Bangladesh, where you can set your own limits as you see fit.
When gaming starts to go beyond entertainment and become a habit, it is important to take action at the right time. At tu999, we want to make those steps easy. From deposit limits to self-exclusion — every tool is right at your fingertips.
Please note that all games and betting features on tu999 are intended for those aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Stay In Control
tu999 gives you the opportunity to manage your gaming experience mindfully. Use the tools below.
Deposit Limits

Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term or permanent break, choose self-exclusion. While active, your account is completely closed and no promotional messages are sent.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the time is up, tu999 will alert you and give you the option to end the session automatically.
Activity Review

How to Regain Control
When you log in to tu999, you will find a protection section in your account settings. From there you can take any of the following steps directly:
Set a Deposit Limit
Go to account settings and find the "Deposit Limits" section. You can set limits for any period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, but to increase a limit you will need to wait 72 hours.
Take a Time-Out
If you want to take a break for a few days, choose the "Time-Out" option. You can set the break duration from 1 day up to 6 weeks. Your account will be inactive during this period.
Activate Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, activate self-exclusion. Choose for yourself — 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. No promotional emails or messages will be sent during this time.
Talk to Support
If you have difficulty changing the settings yourself or need direct help, contact tu999's 24/7 live chat support. Our team is always ready to help in Bengali.
Seek Professional Help
Gaming addiction is a health issue. If needed, seek advice from a mental health professional or counsellor. tu999 never encourages any player to play excessively.
Spend Within Your Limits
The minimum deposit at tu999 is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. These limits are intentionally kept low so that you do not take on large financial risks. Payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are easy and secure.
Never use borrowed money for gaming. Only spend an amount that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life. Every game is completely random and a win is never guaranteed — always keep this in mind.
Avoid gaming when emotional, under the influence of alcohol, or when tired. Gaming with a clear head and calm mind is far more enjoyable.
